This past summer John and I finished the rappel stations on the Harvey Carter route. There is a total of 4 consisting of 1 to 2 double ring rappel anchors with half inch bolts and/or a welded half inch shut, and/or a hunk of chain with a 3/8 inch bolt. We also put up an 8+ 10 bolts to 2 half inch welded shuts to the right of the Carter route. You will need two ropes to rappel or walk the ledge to the left to continue up the Carter route. As this area becomes developed we must continue to use good quality hardware and replace old and poor hardware. Climb hard and have fun.
